Due to the individual, personalised nature of our manufactured items we do not accept returns unless subject to the consumers guarantees act or fair trading act.
Size:
Standard sizing for words / names is 600mm wide and proportionally high depending on the font choosen. Shapes state there sizes.
Delivery:
Delivery costs are additional and will be included in your payment. Standard, non-personalised items will be packed and dispatched within 5 working days, timeframes for personalised items will be agreed upon with the client.
